Schedule an Intake Appointment

Please Note: Student Accessibility Services currently uses the Bengal Success Portal for new students to schedule an Intake Appointment. Starting for the Fall 2023 semester we will be moving over to Accommodate for all scheduling needs.

Step 1: Log into the Bengal Success Portal

Step 2: Select 'Services' then 'Student Accessibility Services Registration and Intake'

Step 3: Select the name of the Staff Member that you have been assigned through email

Step 4: Select a day and time from the Staff availability to schedule your Intake appointment
