We encourage each Buffalo State Student registered with Student Accessibility Services to familiarize themselves with all of our new policies and procedures as well as their role in making the Testing Center at Student Accessibility Services successful.

Same day exam appointments are defined as any exam appointment requested less than 24 hours in advance or requested after 3:45PM on days when the Testing Center is open for business the following day.
Follow the guidelines when making your exam appointments, your Instructor will receive an email notification of the date and time of your exam appointment. If the Instructor changes your exam appointment, you will receive an email from the Testing Center. It is your responsibility to check your email for such notifications and arrive for your exam at the appropriate date and/or time.
Exam appointments can only be scheduled during the Testing Center hours of operation, Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. All exams must be completed by 4:30 PM.
Make sure you know what materials you will need to take your exam, it is your responsibility to bring exam materials to the Testing Center. If you are unsure what materials are needed, ask your Instructor.
Know and understand the policies and procedures and your role and responsibilities for using the Testing Center, this includes the Buffalo State Student Code of Conduct and the Academic Misconduct Policy.
Arrive on time for your exam appointment, arrival after the 15 minute grace period is considered late.
Leave all unauthorized/personal items outside of the Testing Center.
