Submit your exams to the Testing Center at least 48 hours in advance using the preferred online form. Alternatively, you can drop off your exam in person to Andrea Gustafson during the hours of Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 3:45 PM. We can no longer accept other forms of submission. Exams will be returned via email or can be picked up in person from Andrea during the same hours.
Students can no longer deliver or return any exams.
If your student has 'Electronic Format for Exams' as an accommodation, you must supply the Testing Center with an electronic copy of your exam along with the hard copy.
The Testing Center uses the direction provided by Instructors to administer exams, you cooperation in providing these directions through the online form ensures your exam is administered accordingly.
You will receive automatic email notifications when your students make their seat reservations for their exams in the Testing Center. Students have guidelines to assist them in making their seat reservations for their exams.
Exams can only be administered during the Testing Centers hours of operation, Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. All exams must be completed by 4:30 PM.
The Testing Center cannot accommodate unlimited time for an exam.
The Testing Center does not host online exams regardless of the course structure.
Please communicate to your students the materials they will need to have with them for their exams, it is the student's responsibility to bring all materials for their exam to the Testing Center.
The Testing Center cannot accommodate rescheduling or same day exam changes to already existing seat reservations for exams made by students. Same day is defined as less than 24 hours in advance or after 3:45PM on days when the Testing Center is open for business the following day.
