Submit your exam to the Testing Center using either the preferred method of online submission, or alternative submission in person. No other method of submission will be accepted. Submission details are listed below, as well as on the SAS website.
Preferred Method: Submit exams online anytime. Instructors will be asked to provide the directions for their exam and any approved materials for use with their exam. The online submission is secure and user friendly and ensures that all the information required to administer exams is provided in one convenient step.
Alternative Method: Submit exams in person Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 3:45pm. Instructors will be asked to provide the directions for their exam and any approved materials for use with their exam. All in person submissions should be made directly to Andrea Gustafson, Learning + Accommodations Specialist and staff member in charge of the Testing Center. The Testing Center is located in the Butler Library, room 160, across from Starbucks. Please note that if the student you are dropping off an exam for has 'Electronic Format for Exams' as an accommodation on their Letter of Accommodation from Student Accessibility Services, you must supply the Testing Center with an electronic copy of your exam along with the hard copy exam you are dropping off.
Submit exams being administered at the Testing Center at least 48 hours in advance of the exam, regardless of method of submission (you will receive automatic email notifications if a student made their seat reservation for their exam according to Testing Center policy). This allows the Testing Center time to process your exam. Delays in submission may impact the ability to administer your exam at the date/time originally scheduled and may result in the need for rescheduling.
Understand that the Testing Center will not deviate from the direction provided by Instructors for their exams. If the need arises to change/update information already provided to the Testing Center, communication should occur through email@example.com so that the Testing Center may apply your update. Please be advised that last minute communications may not be received in time to apply to an exam, therefore please exercise diligence during the submission of your exam.
